Orders /Returns
All sales at this time will be final.
Refund/ Exchange
If items are delivered broken please reach out to me within ten days of receipt with images of the purchase to receive a refund or credit towards the next shop update.
Cancelations
If you would like to cancel or change a purchase prior to shipping, please reach out to me. I typically will respond within 24 hours.
Shipping
Orders will ship either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within a week of the shop update/ purchase date.
If there are any delays I will send updated communications about your purchase.
Orders may sometimes be shipped in recycled packaging materials if they are on hand. Otherwise, I use compostable packaging peanuts and recycled paper wrap.
